Shipping Policy

We ship our products directly from our Massachusetts studio. Each piece is made-to-order or produced in limited runs.

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or drops.

We offer shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times: Domestic (USA) 3–7 business days after dispatch, International 7–21 business days after dispatch (varies by destination).
​
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs clearance, and other factors outside our control may affect shipping times.
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

We currently ship only to locations shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, we cannot fulfill orders there at this time.
Refund Policy

At FKN CLTH, every piece is designed and produced in-house with care. Due to the custom, limited, and streetwear nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in the rare case that an item arrives defective or damaged.
​
If your order arrives defective or damaged, contact us at info@fknclth.shop within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the defect/damage and packaging. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
​
Non-returnable items include worn, washed, or altered items, sale or clearance items, and gift cards.
​
We reserve the right to refuse any claim that does not meet the above conditions.
